Plain English summary

This page tells you the terms under which you can use this website (ridervaultapp.co.uk). It doesn't cover the Rider Vault app itself — separate terms will apply when the app is available to download. In the meantime, this website is marketing material: it tells you what Rider Vault does, what it costs, and who we are.

The short version: feel free to read and share the site, don't rely on anything you read here as legal, mechanical, or financial advice, and if you have a question email us at admin@arroketintelligence.com.

1. Who we are

Arroket Intelligence Ltd ("we", "us", "our") is a UK company registered in England and Wales under company number 17137573. Our registered address is 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office under registration number C1907107.

2. What these terms cover

These terms govern your access to and use of the website published at ridervaultapp.co.uk and any redirected domains (including arroketintelligence.com and arroketintelligence.co.uk).

These terms do not govern use of the Rider Vault mobile application. Separate terms will be published and made available before the app is released. If there is any conflict between these website terms and the terms accompanying the app, the app's terms will prevail for use of the app.

3. Accessing the website

We make the website available free of charge. We do not guarantee that the website, or any content on it, will always be available or uninterrupted. We may suspend, withdraw, or restrict the availability of all or any part of the website for business and operational reasons.

You are responsible for making all arrangements necessary for you to have access to the website, and for ensuring that any person accessing the website through your internet connection is aware of these terms and complies with them.

4. Content is for general information only

The content on this website is provided for general information. It is not intended to amount to advice on which you should rely. Specifically:

The website describes a motorcycle management app. Any statements about the app's behaviour, features, pricing, or data sources reflect the intended product as of the date shown. Features and pricing may change before launch; check the App Store listing for the current details once the app is available.

Any information on this website about vehicle legal compliance, maintenance, or safety is provided as general context, not as legal or mechanical advice. You are responsible for checking your own vehicle's MOT status, tax status, and mechanical condition through official sources (including gov.uk/check-mot-history) and with qualified professionals.

5. Government data attribution

Where we describe data supplied by UK government services (the DVLA Vehicle Enquiry Service, the DVSA MOT History API, and related sources), that information is used under the Open Government Licence v3.0. Full attribution is provided in our footer on every page.

6. Intellectual property

We own or are licensed to use all intellectual property rights in this website and in the content published on it. All such rights are reserved.

You may print one copy and download extracts of any page for your personal reference. You must not modify the paper or digital copies of any content you have printed or downloaded, and you must not use any part of the content on this website for commercial purposes without obtaining a licence from us.

All trademarks referenced on this website — including Apple, the App Store, and motorcycle manufacturer names — are the property of their respective owners. Use of such marks on this website does not imply endorsement or affiliation.

7. Links to other websites

Where this website links to third-party websites (including gov.uk, the Apple App Store, and others), those links are provided for your convenience only. We have no control over the content of those websites and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.

8. Our liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law.

To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied conditions, warranties, representations, or other terms that may apply to this website or any content on it. We will not be liable to any user for any loss or damage (whether in contract, tort including negligence, breach of statutory duty, or otherwise) arising under or in connection with use of, or inability to use, this website or any content on it.

9. Privacy

Our use of any personal data we collect through this website is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the website, you consent to that processing and you warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.

10. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms at any time. Each time you wish to use the website, please check these terms to ensure you understand the terms that apply at that time.

11. Governing law

These terms, their subject matter, and their formation are governed by English law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
